Welcome to the lobby.
Please choose your preferred service — the same close attention waits behind both.
An outsider's eye.
What feels impossible is already happening.
Every guest expects nothing less than luxury and the best service — whether it's a five-star tower in Dubai, or a restaurant down the street.
Bringing a property up to that standard is the whole point — luxury understood from both sides, the guest's and the employee's, and the real benefit once both are met.
From the floor. Five-star hotels across the Middle East — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha. Close enough to guests every day to know exactly what they expect, whether they ever say it aloud.
From recruiting. A different company altogether, hiring for food & beverage and retail — learning to judge a candidate by what a role actually requires, not just its title. Five years in the Middle East altogether, across both.
From Germany. Nearly a decade leading a team at the same company, now its IT finance division. Different industry, same principle underneath: the customer comes first.
From organizing events. Three years organizing events in Munich — shaped by watching how the best properties in the Middle East run theirs. The observing happened there; the organizing happened here.
For your team. That's the instinct this brings to your property — having stood on every side of it. The gap between what a guest deserves and what they actually get is usually small, the kind a team stops noticing and a guest never quite says aloud. Seeing it clearly takes someone standing entirely apart — no stake in it, no history with decisions already made — just a clear read on what could be better, and the readiness to stand in front of your team and work it through.
Five-star instincts, trained on your property.
A clear, independent read.
You know your rooms, your menu, your team down to the smallest detail — what's harder to see is what a guest notices the moment they walk in, simply because you live inside it every day. Anastasiia Sushko closes that gap with hands-on experience inside five-star hotels in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha, and years spent recruiting across food & beverage and retail — now turned toward your property, rather than someone else's.
Here's the real worth of that: hotels that close a one-point gap in their review score have shown roughly an 11% lift in achievable room rate, and independent restaurants that raise their online rating see revenue rise 5–9%. Published research, not a promise for your exact figures — but precisely the direction a walk-through, and the coaching that follows it, are designed to move.
There's no PDF to file away. You receive the walk-through, a same-visit briefing on what matters most, and then the person who found it remains to coach your managers and staff together — one person, start to finish, no account manager, no committee, no template. Ask for the full package, and it's the same visit, the same person, start to finish — training included, and if the goal is an official star, the classification gaps mapped out alongside everything else.
That's really the whole point beneath everything above: a property where employees feel genuinely supported and guests feel genuinely cared for — because that's where the numbers actually come from, and it's what turns a stay into a return visit and a job into somewhere worth staying. That's exactly what Anastasiia Sushko is here to help with.

How it's booked
The whole property, or just the parts that matter now.
Every visit is built to look at a property as a whole — its look and feel, close attention to service and the personnel delivering it, and food where it's part of what a guest experiences. Some properties want all of it looked at. Others already know exactly where the problem is.
Both are booked the same way: the full property, or only the categories that matter right now.
Career mentoring.
One-on-one sessions built around the career itself — for anyone who feels stuck right now, for working professionals plotting the next step, and yes, for people in hospitality and other businesses too.
Delivery depends on where you are: in person, for anyone based in Germany — online by video call for everywhere else. Nothing to arrange beyond telling us your location.
Two formats
Individual, or as a group.
Individual — one-on-one, built entirely around your own situation.
Group — handled personally too, run in a training format — still individually focused, shaped around whatever the group actually asks for. Maximum 8 people.
A workshop, on your terms.
How to mentor, a topic of your choice, or how to successfully host an event — one focused session, built around what your team or group actually needs.
A speaker for your event.
Sharing real experience and hard-won knowledge with a group — a talk built around your event, your audience, and what they actually need to hear.
Onboarding, on its own.
Setting a new team up right from day one is a different job from auditing one that's already running — so it's booked separately, and it works the same way across all three property types.
Full onboarding covers everything from the start. Or a property picks exactly where the attention goes.
How it's structured
Materials
Receiving what the customer already has — policies, staff structure, anything documented — before anyone sets foot on site.
Meet & Assess
Meeting personnel and management, checking on the overall situation firsthand — no observation-in-disguise, this one's upfront.
Briefing
What's working, what needs building from scratch, shared directly with management before any training is planned.
Training
Scaled to what's actually needed and how big the property is — a small pub and a full resort don't take the same amount of work. Held every week if needed, continuing until it's genuinely done.
What I'm proposing.
Six areas, based on what actually shows up on site most often — click one for more detail:
How it's delivered
Configured around the actual issue, not a template.
There's no one-size-fits-all course. Each training is built around whatever's actually causing friction on site — identified from a short conversation or a quick look at how things currently run — and shaped specifically for that, not recycled from a generic curriculum. Price is discussed individually once the scope is clear, since a single half-day session isn't priced the same as an ongoing weekly commitment.

Workshop vs. training
Worked through together, not delivered at you.
The real difference from training isn't the topic — it's the direction. In training, I explain and the team listens, trying to understand and apply it. In a workshop, we tackle it together — brainstorming, testing, and reshaping ideas as a group until something usable comes out. It's also a single focused session, usually half a day, rather than an ongoing series — configured the same way otherwise: the theme, the group, and the format agreed beforehand, delivered in person at the property. Price is discussed individually once that's set.
Configure your package →One visit,
three stops.
Every walk-through follows the same route through a property — in this order, the way a guest actually experiences it. This is what happens for a hotel, a hotel with F&B, a restaurant or pub, or any other business taken on — not a separate service to book, just the shape of the visit itself.
How it unfolds
Observation, briefing, training.
What matters more than any single fix: consistency. One good day is easy to produce for a single visit — a repeatable standard is the actual goal.
Then the training
What the walk-through found, worked through with your team.
Every flagged issue is diagnosed against established hospitality and service research, then delivered as a working session with the team — not left as a paragraph in a PDF. The same person who ran the walk-through runs the training. If needed, sessions are held every week, continuing until the training is genuinely complete.
In exceptional cases — where a property has a recent assessment from another source and a clearly scoped gap — training can be booked without a preceding walk-through. This is the exception, not how the service normally works.
Same visit,
different reading.
Classification gap analysis
Findings matched against the Hotelstars Union classification criteria — the shared catalogue used across 21 countries, including Germany, Poland, and the Netherlands. A clear list of what's missing, and what it's worth.
Guest-experience gap analysis
Findings weighted by what actually drives reviews and return visits — first impressions, service recovery, the details a star doesn't measure but a guest remembers.
The classification itself is granted by the national hotel association after their own audit. This is the preparation for that conversation — not a substitute for it.
